We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Production Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our embroidery and finishing departments.

The RoleReporting to the Production Manager, you’ll independently manage the daily operations of our embroidery and finishing departments while supervising approximately four team members.
This is not a desk-only management position. We’re looking for someone who understands production, can lead from the front, and is comfortable jumping in to solve problems when needed.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring jobs move through production efficiently, meet our quality standards, and are delivered on time.
What You’ll Do- Lead the day-to-day operations of the embroidery and finishing departments.
- Supervise, train, coach, and support a team of approximately four employees.
- Schedule and prioritize production to keep jobs moving and deadlines on track.
- Identify potential production issues before they impact quality or delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong quality control practices.
- Troubleshoot embroidery and production challenges.
- Work closely with other supervisors and managers to solve operational problems.
- Improve workflows, processes, and overall department efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized production environment.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance schedules for embroidery and sewing-related equipment.
- Support embroidery art approvals and production preparation as needed.
- Help maintain the high standards of craftsmanship our customers expect.

The following are preferred but not required:
- Previous supervisory or production management experience.
- Experience in apparel decoration.
- Experience with multi-head commercial embroidery equipment.
- Experience with Wilcom or other embroidery digitizing software.
- Experience with embroidery art approvals.
- Experience with process improvement or workflow optimization.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Location: Fort Worth, Texas – On-Site
Some overtime and occasional weekend work may be required throughout the year based on production demands.
