What are the responsibilities and job description for the Screen Print Machine Operator - 1st Shift position at Print Works?
The main function of this position is to efficiently produce high quality screen printed apparel using automatic screen print equipment while maintaining production speed, quality, and workflow standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Successfully complete operator care tasks
- Maintain efficient work habits
- Follow all Print Works production processes and procedures
- Operate automatic screen print presses efficiently and accurately
- Properly complete verification paperwork and production signoffs
- Perform quality checks to ensure print quality, placement, and consistency
- Monitor ink coverage, registration, and print appearance throughout production
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of production jobs
- Maintain production flow and communicate issues to Leadership when needed
- Support team production goals and department efficiency
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Leadership Team
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
