What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finishing Team Member - 1st Shift position at Print Works?
Main Function
The main function of this position is to efficiently support the finishing department by inspecting, organizing, folding, counting, tagging, packaging, and preparing orders for completion and shipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Successfully complete operator care tasks
- Maintain efficient work habits
- Follow all Print Works production and finishing processes
- Inspect garments for quality, placement, counts, and order accuracy
- Fold, sort, bag, tag, and package apparel and promotional items
- Prepare completed orders for shipping or customer pickup
- Maintain organization and workflow within the finishing department
- Communicate quality or order issues to Leadership when needed
- Assist with special finishing requests and packaging requirements
- Support production flow and on time order completion
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Leadership Team
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
