Summary
As a DTG Quality Control (QC) worker (DAY SHIFT), you will be essential in the Direct-to-Garment printing process, overseeing the quality and shipping of each item. Reporting to the Production Manager / Warehouse Manager, your role will focus on ensuring our customers only receive high-quality, low-defect prints while adhering to safety standards. Your strong attention to detail and scrutiny of the end product and your ability to quickly assess the status of each printed item will enable us to provide customers with quality merchandise in a timely manner. Strong communication skills and multi-tasking ability will be vital as you prepare, process, and ship to our end customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Quickly and carefully visually inspect product for uniformity, quality, and attention to detail
- Confirm / match product (color, size, style, print) to order
- Assign products to multiple orders
- Packing
- Shipping
- Retrieving goods from the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- All other Duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic computer and scanner operation

- Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand, and walk for extended periods of time

- Successful drug screen
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
