What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adults in PHP/IOP
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and master treatment plans at intake
- Lead each case from a multidisciplinary lens in collaboration with psychiatry, case management, and external providers
- Communicate regularly with families and supports regarding clinical progress and expectations
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans when progress stalls or clinical needs shift
- Facilitate assigned groups and participate in clinical meetings and case conceptualization
- Support crisis intervention as needed; coordinate with clinical leadership on escalations
- Coordinate discharge and aftercare planning with clients, families, and outside providers
- Complete all documentation within required timeframes and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern or Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Florida
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- 2 years of experience in substance use treatment or co-occurring PHP/IOP settings
- Bilingual required: English and Spanish or Portuguese
- Skilled in CBT, DBT, MI, and trauma-informed approaches
- Strong clinical documentation practices — DAP notes, group notes, treatment plans completed on time
- Confident leading groups, engaging resistant clients, and navigating complex family and support systems
- Eligible for DCF and AHCA Level 2 background screening and drug test
- Organized, grounded, and genuinely invested in adult recovery outcomes
