Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Register Nurse (RN) to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate must have prior experience and be knowledgeable in providing skilled nursing services in accordance with each patient’s care plan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the home setting
- Perform skilled nursing interventions as ordered by the physician
- Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and responses
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
Requirements:
- Active Texas RN License in good standing
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
