We’re looking for a CLTV & Cohort Analyst who can find the signal in the noise and tell us exactly who is staying, who is straying, and why.
The Gig-You aren't just a "numbers person." You are a retention detective. You understand that behind every data point is a person with a changing relationship to a brand. Your job is to slice and dice customer behavior to uncover the "Aha!" moments that lead to high Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV). You’ll work side-by-side with our Cult-Fan Growth Strategists to validate their creative theories with cold, hard math.
The Tech Stack- Precision requires the right toolkit. You should be an expert in:
- The Crystal Ball: Triple Whale (specifically the LTV 60/90 day projections) and Northbeam.
- The Engine: Shopify Plus backend data and Klaviyo predictive analytics.
- The Lab: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and advanced SQL/Excel/Google Sheets for custom modeling.
- The Visualization: Lifetimely or Daasity for automated cohort reporting.
- The Feedback Loop: Typeform or EnquireLabs for post-purchase attribution data.
The North Stars (KPIs)
- The Payback: Tracking and optimizing the CAC Payback Period to ensure clients are profitable within the second purchase.
- The Retention Lift: Identifying "Churn Danger Zones" and improving Second-Purchase Rate by 15% .
- The Value Gap: Calculating the delta between "Average Joes" and "Super-Fans" to guide ad spend toward high-value lookalikes.
- The Accuracy: Maintaining 95% accuracy in LTV Forecasting across 3, 6, and 12-month windows.
