Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of our practice while providing a welcoming and supportive experience for our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering phone calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for therapists and clients
- Prepare and collect invoices and other billing tasks
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate communication between clinicians and families
- Process intake paperwork and assist with onboarding new clients
- Support general office organization and administrative needs
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or front desk experience (healthcare setting preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems and quickbooks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and dependable
