Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant to support critical enterprise technology initiatives. The consultant will lead and coordinate project activities for the implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management Software solution and the deployment of Kronos (UKG) Timeclock systems, ensuring alignment with college policies, governance standards, and project timelines.
Key Initiatives
- Implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management Software solution
- Implementation and deployment support for Kronos (UKG) Timeclock systems
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
- Apply industry-standard project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid)
- Coordinate and communicate with campus stakeholders, leadership, and third-party vendors
- Track and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
- Support requirements validation, testing coordination, deployment planning, and go-live readiness
- Prepare and deliver regular written project status reports
- Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including:
- Project plans
- Risk and issue logs
- Decision logs
- Action item trackers
- Provide executive-level summaries and presentations for campus leadership as required
- Ensure projects are executed in compliance with college policies, procedures, and governance framework
- Proven experience managing enterprise software implementation projects
- Demonstrated use of formal project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or hybrid)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a higher education or public-sector environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively
- Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management systems
- Experience with Kronos (UKG) Timeclock implementations
- Prior consulting experience in academic or government environments
