Growth Associate
Remote (Ohio or New Jersey preferred)

We are seeking a Growth/Sales Associate to support expansion into high-security, high-consequence environments where precision, trust, and performance are critical.
This role focuses on thoughtful outreach, strategic qualification, and building a high-quality pipeline that drives meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Targeting
- Identify and prioritize target accounts in sectors such as data centers, airports, critical infrastructure, and regulated environments
- Conduct research to understand organizational structure, security needs, and potential biometric use cases
Outreach & Engagement
- Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop tailored messaging based on each prospect’s environment and challenges
- Build early-stage relationships through relevant, value-driven conversations
Lead Qualification
- Evaluate opportunities based on strategic alignment, business need, and risk associated with identity failure
- Assess stakeholder engagement and decision-making structure
- Ensure opportunities are well-qualified before advancing to formal discovery
Pipeline Development & Handoff
- Convert qualified prospects into structured opportunities for senior sales
- Partner closely with sales to ensure strong context and continuity
CRM & Pipeline Discipline
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in HubSpot
- Operate within defined pipeline stages and sales processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing on targeted campaigns and messaging refinement
- Stay aligned with product and engineering on evolving capabilities
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track performance against KPIs and conversion metrics
- Refine outreach strategies based on data and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement tools
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders in thoughtful, relevant conversations
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and adjust approach
- High level of discipline, resilience, and intellectual curiosity
Preferred:
- Experience in security, access control, or enterprise technology
