Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal I – III (Remote- MUST LIVE IN OR)

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE

Locations: WA, OR, UT, CO | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in pre-litigation cases and proficiency in Filevine. You’ll work closely with attorneys on a variety of complex cases while supporting clients across multiple states.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with attorneys in all phases of pre-litigation
• Prepare case files for demands, gather records, and maintain client communication
• Draft settlement demands and negotiate with insurance companies
• Manage associate paralegals and coordinate internal workflows
• Review and summarize medical records and other documentation
• Ensure case files are complete, accurate, and organized
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties
• Support attorneys in preparing cases for settlement
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Experience in Filevine and pre-litigation
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Must reside in WA, OR, UT, or CO
