What You’ll Own
- End-to-end trial support: exhibits, binders, filings, and courtroom prep
- Drafting, formatting, and perfecting litigation documents (motions, briefs, discovery)
- State & federal e-filing with precision and urgency
- Managing critical deadlines and keeping attorneys ahead of schedule
- Coordinating trial logistics—nothing falls through the cracks
- Serving as a trusted partner to attorneys and key client contact

- 4 years of litigation experience with hands-on trial support (required)
- Strong command of court rules, procedures, and filings
- Calm under pressure with a deadline-driven mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
