About the Role
Working in the operations division requires financial analysts to partner with stakeholders across front office, risk, technology, and operations teams to ensure accurate processing, effective controls, and timely resolution of operational matters. Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational processes associated with trade capture, validation, and lifecycle management
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve breaks, exceptions, and client inquiries
- Facilitate communication between front office, operations, technology, and control functions
- Monitor workflows to ensure adherence to timelines, procedures, and risk controls
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation efforts
- Contribute to team deliverables, reporting, and project-based work streams
