Telemarketer / Appointment Setter – Home Improvement (No Cold Sales)

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing outdoor living home improvement company looking for motivated telemarketers to join our in-house call center. Your job is simple: call homeowners from our existing database and set appointments for free in-home consultations.

What You’ll Do

• Call homeowners from pre-qualified lead lists
• Use a proven script to schedule in-home appointments
• Overcome basic objections with training support
• Accurately update call outcomes in our system
• Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone presence and clear speaking voice
• Comfortable following a script
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Prior call center or telemarketing experience preferred
• Home improvement experience a plus (not required)
