As a Representative, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to our top-rated home improvement services and generating interest for in-home consultations.
No sales experience? No problem. All you need is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work hard while having fun!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with homeowners through in-person outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Create awareness and generate interest in our home improvement services
- Schedule appointments for our expert in-home consultants – no selling required
- Use tools like Spotio to track your daily activity and results
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous canvassing or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
