Role Overview
The Paralegal / law Clerk will be the case manager on matrimonial matters from intake through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, while supporting the Attorneys. The Paralegal / attorney will work directly with clients and collaborate with the Attorneys.
Responsibilities
Base salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (competitive based on experience)
Uncapped bonus eligibility based on billable productivity and results
Three weeks paid vacation following 90-day introductory period

Responsibilities
- Case management on assigned matrimonial caseload from commencement through settlement or trial
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and settlement agreements
- Communication with clients, adversaries, and experts, with professionalism, discretion, and clarity during emotionally sensitive matters
- Maintain accurate and timely billing entries
- Utilize firm technology systems for case management and workflow efficiency
- 1 plus years in a professional office
- Law Clerk requirement is a J.D.
- Ability to manage deadlines and billable expectations independently
- Comfortable working directly with clients in emotionally complex situations
- Interest in developing litigation support competency and long-term practice growth
- Experience with modern legal technology platforms preferred
- Works collaboratively within a team-based legal environment
