Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors
• Verify and log visitor information accurately
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Receive and manage mail and package deliveries
• Monitor lobby activity and notify residents of arrivals
• Maintain accurate records for visitors and contractors
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Friendly, outgoing, and reliable personality
• Basic computer and typing skills
Schedule:
• Full-time position available
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM / Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
