Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Pega Smart Dispute Developer to join a dynamic team supporting dispute management solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega Smart Dispute and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega Smart Dispute.
- Customize and enhance dispute management workflows and business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Participate in application troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support activities.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and quality requirements.
- Work closely with global teams in an agile development environment.
- 6 years of hands-on experience in Pega Smart Dispute development.
- Strong expertise in Pega application design, development, and implementation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with large, geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Familiarity with dispute and chargeback processing workflows.
