Incident Management Lead Connected Car, Telematics | Onsite

We have an immediate need for an experienced Incident Management Lead with strong expertise in Automotive Connected Car, Telematics, and IT Service Management to support a 24/7 production operations program.

This is an onsite position based in Irvine / Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading critical P1/P0 incidents, monitoring connected vehicle platforms, coordinating cross-functional technical teams, and driving production incidents through resolution while maintaining service availability and SLA compliance.
