Application Support Analyst, Remote
We have an immediate opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to provide Level 2 support for MD-Staff and MD-STAT healthcare applications. You'll help maintain reliable systems supporting provider credentialing, enrollment, physician information, appointments, and privileges.
Bring your application support and troubleshooting experience to work involving incident resolution, user access, data validation, reporting, and application maintenance. You'll collaborate with Service Desk, infrastructure, identity management, and vendor teams to resolve issues and improve day-to-day operations.
This is a remote contract opportunity within the United States. Participation in on-call and production support activities may be required.
