POSITION SUMMARY
The Admissions Advisor at Primrose School is responsible for increasing enrollment by guiding prospective families through the admissions process with professionalism and care for the Livermore and San Ramon locations. This role builds strong community connections through outreach, events, and marketing initiatives while showcasing the value of the Primrose experience. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting tours and orientations, and ensuring timely follow-up to provide a seamless family experience. The Admissions Coordinator also tracks admissions metrics and partners with school leadership to align efforts with overall growth goals.

OBJECTIVES
- Drive Enrollment Growth Across two Primrose locations by consistently converting prospective families into enrolled students through relationship-building, tours, and follow-up.
- Oversee Admissions Operations for multiple locations, ensuring consistent processes, timely communications, and high conversion rates across both schools.
- Deliver engaging family experiences through personalized tours, orientations, and ongoing communication that highlight the value of the Primrose experience.
- Strengthen community presence by coordinating outreach, attending events, and building partnerships that generate inquiries for both locations.
- Support marketing initiatives by managing local campaigns, social media, and promotional activities to increase visibility and attract prospective families.
- Monitor and report key admissions metrics (inquiries, tours, enrollments, and conversion rates) across both schools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with school leadership teams to align enrollment strategies with growth goals, staffing needs, and operational priorities.
Ensure flexibility and responsiveness by maintaining availability for after-hours and weekend calls, tours, and events to accommodate prospective families.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, early education, business administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of B2B experience
- 1 years of experience with early childhood
- 1 years of experience with marketing or customer service
- Availability on weekends or weeknights to meet with prospecting parents if needed
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $27-34 per hour commissions
- 40 hours of PTO accrual per year if you work full time.
- 6 company-observed paid holidays
- 40 hours of sick leave
- Two weeks of paid break – Summer & winter break
- One hour PTO accrued per one hour worked during weekend event

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer or handling administrative tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the office or school as needed
