Primrose School of Windsong Ranch is looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring Explorer Teacher / School Support team member to join our school family! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with school-aged children, supporting teachers, and helping create a positive, safe, and nurturing school environment.
The ideal candidate is flexible, responsible, and ready to jump in wherever needed while building meaningful relationships with children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for Explorer students.
- Support classroom teachers with daily routines, transitions, activities, and supervision.
- Assist with school opening, closing, and general school-support duties as needed.
- Drive the school van for scheduled transportation, field trips, or school-related activities.
- Complete required vehicle and transportation safety checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom and school environment.
- Follow all Primrose policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and team members.
- Be flexible and willing to assist in various classrooms and areas of the school.
Qualifications:
- Previous childcare or classroom experience preferred.
- Must meet all state and Primrose requirements for employment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Must be comfortable driving the school van and transporting children.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Must have a positive attitude and a genuine love for children.
- Must be willing to complete required background checks, training, and onboarding.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
