- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs

- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration

- Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent) 2 years of experience teaching high school students
- Strong understanding of curriculum and educational standards
