- Learning all essential functions for each position in the school so you can support and inspire
- Managing operation of the school including accounting/billing accuracy, school communications, school excellence, administration, and compliance
- Working closely with Executive Director to maximize enrollment and practice effective cost control
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- At least five years of experience in early childhood education required; and 1-2 years of leadership/management experience
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and passionate about empowering others
