We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and be the lead manager on a major residential construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project plans, managing all aspects of multi residential construction from site to finish and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in construction management. Must be knowledgeable in plan reading and all phases of construction.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management and oversight.
- Coordinate with Vendors to ensure that all project requirements and timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Maintain project logs.
- Other Construction management tasks as needed
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet customer expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
