Job Description
The Leadman Premier PV is responsible for overseeing the activities of employees at the project site, ensuring that schedules, budgets, and plans are met. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to make key decisions and contribute to the company's growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise employees' activities at the project site, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Assist in the interview and selection process for new hires, striving to meet the company's EEO/AA goals.
- Determine and recommend improvements in methods, schedules, and procedures where practical.
- Ensure material is delivered to the construction site per established agreements and in a timely fashion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specified skill or construction engineering/similar experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Must comply with company's drug and alcohol abuse policy and pass a physical examination, if required.
- Able to carry 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials, with assistance recommended for items over 50 lbs.
