The Leadman Premier PV will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects at PRIMORIS USA. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding employees, making key decisions, and contributing to the company's growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Have authority to dismiss laborers and operators when necessary, following established company guidelines.
- Recommend changes in material suppliers and truckers, coordinating with the superintendent.
- Maintain and encourage job safety, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Review labor reports weekly and report daily time, equipment, and material usage.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specified skill or construction engineering/similar experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Must comply with company's drug and alcohol abuse policy and pass a physical examination, if required.
- Able to stand or walk for long periods, work extended hours on uneven surfaces, and wear personal protective equipment as needed.
