We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, shipping, and staff supervision. The Supervisor will ensure efficient warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and promote a safe and productive work environment. The Supervisor will execute accurate, safe, and timely inbound/outbound flows supporting production and customer commitments. Own daily tier cadence, dock schedule adherence, and escalation of exceptions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper storage practices.
- Monitor warehouse equipment: Forklifts, Stand up lifts, Stackers and Pallet Jacks. Coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor KPIs: dock-to-stock, receiving accuracy, picking accuracy, order cycle time.
- Coordinate with Logistics on carrier pickups and with Planning on priority waves and expedites.
- Ensure safety/OSHA compliance, 5S, and equipment readiness.
- Coach supervisors; conduct performance reviews and lead CI events.
- Track warehouse performance metrics such as order accuracy, shipping timelines, and inventory accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 Years experience of managing people in a Warehouse in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems, ERP input transactions and Microsoft Office

- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. when necessary.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
