Future Infrastructure is seeking a Program Manager to support large-scale infrastructure and network deployment programs. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to move beyond pure coordination and take on more ownership of work, drive execution, and play a hands-on role in delivering projects.
You will work closely with Project Managers and field teams to help keep projects on track, ensure clear communication, and support day-to-day execution across active jobs.

What You’ll Do
- Project Support & Execution
- Support day-to-day project activities across multiple active jobs
- Help track progress against timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate updates between internal teams, field teams, and stakeholders
- Follow up on open items to ensure work is moving forward
- Assist in identifying potential delays or issues and escalate as needed
- Ownership of Work
- Take ownership of smaller tasks, deliverables, or defined pieces of a project
- Drive execution within assigned areas, ensuring deadlines are met
- Begin managing smaller projects or scopes with guidance from senior team members
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for project updates and status tracking
- Help ensure alignment between field activity and internal teams
- Support project documentation and reporting
- Process & Team Support
- Maintain organized project records and documentation
- Assist in improving workflows and team processes
- Support onboarding or coordination of new project activities
- 1–4 years of experience in project support, operations, coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills with a willingness to follow up and drive tasks to completion
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
- Backgrounds That Translate Well
- Construction or infrastructure support roles
