- Lead & Train the Team: Supervise deli associates, build positive team morale, and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and consistent food quality.
- Oversee Operations: Ensure the deli runs efficiently by jumping between stations—from the counter, to food prep, to ordering—wherever your team needs you most.
- Manage Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, order fresh ingredients and supplies, minimize food waste, and keep inventory profitable.
- Maintain High Standards: Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring all equipment is clean and display cases look fresh, full, and inviting.
- Drive Sales & Service: Address customer feedback with a welcoming attitude, handle vendor relationships, and implement ideas to grow the business.
What We Are Looking For
- Leadership Experience: Previous management or supervisory experience in a deli, grocery, restaurant, or fast-paced food service environment.
- Multitasking Pros: Ability to stay organized, manage numbers, and keep a cool head while directing a busy kitchen and counter crew.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work dynamic shifts
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
