Food Service Worker
Primo Hoagies seeks an energetic, responsible team-player for our customer service position. Cashier Experience/and or slicing in a fast paced environment is preferred. Duties include greeting our guests, preparing food products accoring to specifications and recipe procedures, ringing out the guest and suggestive selling. Individual will also help with other tasks throughout the restaurant. Full and Part time positions available. Competitive wages and advancement opportunities. Ideal candidate will be willing to work 20-40 hrs/week and be available for lunch shifts. We are open 10am-8pm!. Interviews to take place starting this week with employment commencing the same week or following week.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in a restaurant, banquet, or catering setting
- Assist with food preparation, including preparing produce, packaging sides, and assembling dishes
- Take customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and drinks
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to maintain food safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of food
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
