📍 Clearwater, FL or Washington, DC | Hybrid (4 days onsite)
💰 $100k-$120k OTE | 50/50 Split
I'm partnering with a global cybersecurity organisation consistently recognised as an industry leader, this business has built one of the most recognised platforms in the security awareness space-and they're scaling fast.
Off the back of exceptional growth and strong customer retention, they're now looking for an SMB Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team.
🧩 The Role
As an SMB Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and cold outreach through to close- targeting small and medium-sized businesses (25–500 employees). You'll be selling a market-leading, AI-driven cybersecurity platform.
✅ What You'll Be Doing
• Prospecting and closing net new SMB customers across your assigned territory
• Running the full sales cycle- cold outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
• Building and managing a healthy pipeline through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
• Articulating a compelling value proposition around cybersecurity awareness and human risk management
• Hitting and exceeding monthly revenue quotas
• Maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
🙋 Who We're Looking For
• 1-3 years of SaaS or software sales experience (SMB/SME focus a plus)
• Proven track record of hitting quota
• Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-activity sales environment
• Familiarity with the IT security space is a bonus- but not essential
• SDRs/BDRs ready to make the step up into a full AE role are strongly encouraged to apply 🌟
