Primex Plastics Corporation, an international leader in the extruded plastic industry, is currently seeking candidates for our 3rd shift Shipping/Receiving position. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated and disciplined to complete a variety of duties with little direct supervision.

This position starts at $19.50/hour plus a $2.00 shift premium. With wage increases at 60 days, 6 months, and 1st anniversary, plus generous quarterly bonuses, you can expect to earn $48,000-$52,000 in your first year.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create load plans
• Load and unload semi trailers using a forklift
• Organize finished goods to be shipped at a later time
• Operate railcar unloading equipment to transfer materials from railcars to correct silos
• Use electronic barcode inventory system to track and update locations of materials and finished goods
• Maintain safe working practices as all times.

Shipping/Receiving or related Warehouse experience is preferred.

Candidates must have the following general abilities/characteristics:

• Motivated to produce a high volume of work each and every day.
• Self-starter, able to determine what needs to be done and complete it with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfort level with computers and/or mobile apps.
• Adaptable to different duties as needed.
• Able to work as a team or alone.
