What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping And Receiving position at Epic?
As a Shipping and Receiving team member, you'll be a key part of Facilities operations. You'll manage the flow of materials, tools, and supplies that keep our campus pods stocked and our teams productive. You'll be responsible for warehousing operations, material distribution, purchasing coordination, and inventory replenishment. Your day-to-day may include:
- Receiving inbound shipments and processing outbound packages
- Fulfilling internal orders from central stock and coordinating with vendors on purchasing
- Conducting campus inventory coordination and stock fulfillment
- Making delivery runs to campus pods to restock materials and supplies
- Maintaining accuracy in our inventory management system
- Partnering with Facilities trades and pod teams to anticipate material needs
- Coordinating with contractors for material allocation and pickup

Requirements
- Comfortable with regular lifting of 50 lbs
- Willing and able to operate forklift and box truck
- Must live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- COVID-19 vaccination
