What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to resource for members, providing clear answers and guidance.
- Maintain expert knowledge of PrimeWest Health programs, products, and guidelines.
- Document all member interactions with precision and clarity.
- Research and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Identify and process potential Grievances or Appeals according to established procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training to stay sharp and informed.
- Protect sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
