In this role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that members trust. You’ll handle inquiries about plan benefits, eligibility, claims, transportation, interpreter services, and pharmacy issues—ensuring every interaction is professional, accurate, and compassionate.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to resource for members, providing clear answers and guidance.
• Maintain expert knowledge of PrimeWest Health programs, products, and guidelines.
• Document all member interactions with precision and clarity.
• Research and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Identify and process potential Grievances or Appeals according to established procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training to stay sharp and informed.
• Protect sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
