Civil Litigation Attorney – Overland Park, KS
Our client, a well-established law firm in Overland Park, is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join its team. Responsibilities
- Manage a civil litigation caseload from intake through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
- Take and defend depositions, and handle written discovery.
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Communicate with clients and provide strategic case guidance.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in Kansas and/or Missouri (dual licensure preferred).
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team.
