Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Engineer/Analyst to support transformation and ongoing operations. The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and support teams to maintain and enhance the CCaaS platform and ensure reliable contact center operations.

Primary responsibilities:
1) Support Amazon Connect configuration, enhancement and operational activities.
2) Troubleshoot and resolve contact center issues.
3) Gather and document business and technical requirements.
4) Coordinate testing, deployment and production support activities.
5) Support integrations with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
6) Produce technical and operational documentation.
7) Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements.
8) Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure service quality and user satisfaction.
