About This Position

The Operations Clerk works in the Policy Owner Services department servicing existing customers who have life insurance with Primerica.

Candidates must reside in Metro Atlanta Area

Salary: $31,200

Duties

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Processes policy change forms (PCF) and/or reinstatement (RST) forms for terminated policies making changes to coverage such as increases in coverage, decreases in coverage and other miscellaneous changes on a daily basis
• Screening documents for appropriate signatures, dates and other pertinent information to ensure accuracy for State Compliance requirements and product compatibility
• Validates agent code information and ensure that appropriate licenses are active and in compliance based on state, company and department regulatory guidelines and procedures.
  
  

Hours

• Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm
• Ability to work overtime hours during the weekdays and weekends occasionally
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Data Entry skills a plus
• Excellent typing and basic PC skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Basic Accounting skills
• Analytical and excellent decision making skills
• Ability to multi-task and work overtime as needed
