Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Remote Agent for a hybrid contract role based in Taylor, MI. The Remote Agent will assist clients in understanding and accessing financial products and solutions aligned with their goals. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, providing financial education, preparing personalized recommendations, and maintaining client relationships. The role offers the flexibility of both remote work and in-office requirements. This is a commision role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and provide exceptional service
- Basic understanding of financial products including life insurance, mutual funds, and annuities (training provided)
- Time management, organization, and ability to work independently or in a remote setting
- Interest in financial services and a passion for helping others achieve financial security
- Proficiency with basic computer and online tools; familiarity with virtual communication platforms is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in finance or customer service is an advantage
