Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Process Technician specializing in Plastic Injection Molding to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of injection molding machines and related equipment, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help us produce precision plastic components that meet strict quality and safety standards, contributing to the success of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities
- Startup of injection molding machines and robots.
- Problem solving skills to investigate troubled tools, processes and machinery
- Perform process monitoring & implement process changes to improve yield, reduced production cycle time, lower cost, and improve quality.
- Must be well organized
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in plastic injection molding as a process technician
- Progress toward an associate's degree in plastics technology and/or RJG Master Molder certification is a plus. Relevant experience will be considered.
