Compensation: $200,000 – $230,000 bonus
Work Model: Hybrid in CA ; Remote in NY
Bar Admission: Active bar admission required

This is a law firm associate attorney role focused on middle-market M&A and private equity transactions.
Candidates Must
Be a licensed attorney (JD required)
Have 2–4 years of M&A experience at a law firm
Have Experience Drafting And Negotiating Transaction Documents
This role is not suitable for:
Corporate associates without M&A deal experience
Candidates who have only supported diligence
Litigators or non-transactional attorneys
About The Opportunity
We are working with a boutique law firm seeking a Corporate M&A Associate Attorney to join lean deal teams and work directly with partners on sophisticated transactions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Draft and negotiate SPAs, asset purchase agreements, and LLC agreements
Manage deal processes and closing logistics
Participate in client calls and negotiations
Work directly with partners on live transactions
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of M&A experience
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Experience with private equity or middle-market deals
High attention to detail and responsiveness
