Compensation: $185,000 – $235,000 significant bonus (OTE up to $400K)
Work Model: On-site
Bar Admission: Active California Bar required (or ability to obtain)

Settlement-focused litigators without courtroom exposure
High-volume insurance defense backgrounds without substantive work
Candidates without case ownership

We are working with a litigation boutique seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to handle complex commercial, white-collar, and bankruptcy matters with strong trial exposure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage cases from pleadings through trial preparation
Draft motions, briefs, and litigation strategy
Lead discovery and take/defend depositions
Participate in hearings and trial work
Handle commercial, white-collar, and bankruptcy litigation
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of litigation experience
Strong motion practice and deposition experience
Trial exposure or strong interest in trial work
Strong writing and analytical skills
