The Retail Operations team's main focus is to ensure smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications while providing exceptional customer service throughout the lending process. Our primary objective is to support the origination and fulfillment of mortgage loans for retail customers through various tasks and responsibilities. Our mission revolves around people, from loan officers to local operations and corporate support teams, all working toward a common goal of delivering outstanding service.
