This is a high-impact, client-facing role that combines empathy with consultative sales. What You’ll DoRespond quickly to new client inquiries via phone, email, and online formsBuild rapport and uncover each client’s core legal needsExplain our services, process, and fees in a professional, persuasive wayGuide clients through intake and onboarding with accuracy and carePresent and close retainer agreements confidentlyFollow up with undecided leads through strategic outreachRecord all interactions in CRM and case-management toolsCollaborate with attorneys to ensure a smooth client experienceConsistently meet or exceed conversion and performance goals What We’re Looking For1–2 years in sales, client intake, or consultative customer service (legal or professional-services background preferred)Excellent communication skills and empathetic approachConfident explaining legal services, fees, and processesStrong closing and objection-handling skillsTech-savvy with CRM and online meeting toolsReliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedMust be able to work onsite in Schaumburg, IL
