Client is a dynamic and client-focused law firm representing individuals who have been victims of medical malpractice and catastrophic injury. We are proud to serve clients throughout the Chicagoland area and across the state of Illinois. Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire a motivated & organized Intake Specialist to manage and handle daily client intakes and provide vital administrative support to our attorneys. This is a full-time, in-person position in Burr Ridge, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

Speak directly with potential clients to gather initial case information

Evaluate the details provided to determine next steps for attorney review

Order and track medical records and other supporting documentation

Schedule depositions and coordinate with attorneys and other parties

Manage and update attorney calendars to ensure deadlines are met

Maintain detailed and accurate records in the firm's case management system

E-filing with the various counties in Illinois

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Prior experience in a law firm, medical office, or client-facing administrative role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Comfort working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality

Experience with legal or medical terminology (preferred but not required)
