Hardscape Foreman / Crew Lead (Pavers & Retaining Walls)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced landscaping and/or hardscaping professional to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate can confidently perform landscape construction work with minimal supervision and help lead projects in the field.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience installing paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, drainage systems, irrigation systems, fencing, turf, and other landscape construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Install paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls
• Perform landscape construction and renovation projects
• Assist with irrigation installation and repairs
• Install turf, fencing, decks, planting beds, and drainage systems
• Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
• Read plans and execute projects to specification
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Help lead and coordinate projects when needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or landscape construction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience leading crews or managing landscape projects
• Experience with paver installations and retaining walls
• Irrigation installation and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to operate skid steers, excavators, or other equipment
• Ability to communicate in English for job-site coordination and safety
