About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Crew Leader to lead a 3-person installation crew in the field. You'll run the day-to-day execution of residential landscape projects — from drainage and hardscape to planting, irrigation, and lighting — while keeping the job on schedule, on budget, and built to a high standard.
What You'll Do
- Lead a 3-person crew in the field and own daily project execution
- Install drainage systems
- Grade sites for drainage, hardscape, and planting areas
- Build patios, walkways, and walls
- Plant shrubs, trees, and lawns
- Install irrigation systems
- Install outdoor low-voltage lighting systems
- Read and follow landscape plans
- Communicate directly with designers on plan details and field adjustments
- Handle project administration, daily reporting, and crew time records
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a landscape foreman leading crews in the field
- Hands-on skill across drainage, grading, hardscape, planting, irrigation, and low-voltage lighting
- Experience operating landscape equipment — excavators, skid steers, tillers, sod cutters, and similar
- Comfortable towing and driving with equipment (trailer experience)
- Ability to read landscape plans accurately
- Strong communication with designers and office staff
- Reliable with administrative tasks — reporting and time tracking
- Conversational English required
- Valid driver's license
