Construction Team Lead (Part-Time | Path to Full-Time)

Primary ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for:ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units)Bathroom remodelsKitchen remodelsResidential remodeling and general maintenance/repairsReview construction plans, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate and support design and permitting processes with local jurisdictionsLead and supervise crew members and subcontractors on-sitePerform site walks, take measurements, and assess project conditionsEnsure work complies with California building codes and safety standardsSupport scheduling, material coordination, and quality controlCommunicate effectively with management, designers, inspectors, and clientsRequired QualificationsProven experience in residential construction (ADUs, remodels, maintenance)Strong estimating and takeoff experienceFamiliarity with design development and permitting processesAbility to read and interpret plans and construction documentsLeadership experience managing crews or job sitesWorking knowledge of local building codes and inspectionsStrong organizational and communication skillsReliable transportation and valid driver’s licensePreferred QualificationsExperience working directly with city or county planning/building departmentsADU-specific estimating or permitting experienceBackground in design-build or small project managementCalifornia contractor license or progress toward licensing (a plus)CompensationCompetitive hourly or project-based pay, based on experienceOpportunity for growth into a full-time leadership roleCompany DescriptionPrimeCore Construction Services is a licensed California general contractor specializing inresidential and commercial construction, remodeling, and maintenance.
