About the Role:
As the face of our office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every patient’s experience is smooth, professional, and welcoming. You’ll handle everything from patient check-ins to insurance coordination — the heartbeat of our front office!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and confirmations
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and obtain patient benefits
- Present treatment plans and explain financial options to patients
- Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
- Maintain organized patient records and assist with general office duties
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of dental front office experience required (knowledge of insurance verification & billing a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and team-player mindset
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
